Ecological Restoration Practice Area

The EnviroScience Ecological Restoration Practice Area is a team of 30 full-time staff that includes Certified Ecological Restoration Practitioners, biologists, ecologists, engineers, vegetation management, and construction specialists who work collaboratively with clients to design and implement natural and integrated restoration projects. Our experience in design-bid and design-build restoration covers the full scope of site evaluation and project feasibility, engineering and design, permit identification and acquisition, project implementation, and monitoring and adaptive management while working within a fixed budget and maintaining quality assurance and quality control. EnviroScience’s turnkey services address a wide range of goals including improved water quality, habitat enhancement, improved biological quality, mitigation, stabilization, and permit compliance. Since 2008, we have proudly completed more than 175 on-the-ground restoration projects.

Our staff have provided a diverse range of ecological restoration services across 14 states for a wide variety of clients including nonprofit organizations, public parks, local, state and federal government agencies, private landowners, homeowners associations, railroads, and industrial and mining companies. In addition to our design-bid and design-build services, we have a long history of providing watershed evaluations and plans, restoration feasibility studies and conceptual designs, and grant assistance to those seeking funding for projects. Our experience, combined with our professional relationship with state and federal authorities, ensures that projects are completed accurately, quickly and within budget.
