Spill Prevention, Control, & Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans
In addition to many environmental permits, industrial facilities must possess and update their Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans.
The SPCC program was created by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to help prevent oil discharges into the Waters of the United States. The requirement for an SPCC Plan can be found in Title 40, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 112.3.
EnviroScience writes and revises SPCC Plans for facilities across the U.S. Our experts carefully review the client’s requirements, evaluate the existing plan (or draft one if needed), and perform a detailed site inspection to verify and obtain additional information. Then, we develop a compliant plan that contains inspection templates in an easily understood format and meets the SPCC program requirements.
Additionally, we offer SPCC training in many locations across the country.
