Restoration Practice Area Lead | Operations Manager

Environmental Engineer

Angelina Hotz, P.E., is a Practice Area Lead and Restoration Operations Manager for EnviroScience’s Restoration Team. Since 2017, she has been the lead engineer responsible for overseeing the design, engineering, and plan development of numerous restoration projects in both design-build and design-bid capacity.

By managing both design and construction oversight staff, Angelina ensures that plans developed in the office translate smoothly to the field. With over ten years of consulting experience, Angelina is well-versed in site civil design and grading, stormwater management plan development, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, cost estimating, MS4 compliance, and project management.

Angelina attended the University of Dayton, where she earned a BS degree in Civil Engineering. She is a registered Professional Engineer in the states of Ohio and West Virginia. She also maintains the Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP) credential through the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure as part of her continued passion for green infrastructure and sustainable designs in restoration and stormwater projects. In addition, Angelina has completed Rogen Applied Fluvial Geomorphology Level 1 training which has provided a strong foundation for her stream restoration designs.

Prior to joining EnviroScience, Angelina was a project engineer at MS Consultants, where she worked on stormwater basin and drinking water reservoir designs, sanitary sewer improvements, and commercial property developments.

As a lifelong golfer, Angelina enjoys restoration projects that involve restoring golf course properties, even if that means it will no longer be a golf course. When she isn’t on the golf course, she enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her family.
