Ms. Sheila Rayman, P.E., is part of EnviroScience, Inc.’s Compliance Services team where she assists with stormwater management, plan preparation, and helps clients reach and maintain compliance with regulating authorities. Ms. Rayman has spent over 20 years as a consultant engineer and project manager in infrastructure design and land development. She has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Akron and is a registered engineer in the State of Ohio.
Before coming to EnviroScience, Ms. Rayman was the Assistant City Engineer for the City of Stow. While in this position, she focused on citywide stormwater improvements and meeting/maintaining compliance with the regulations of the city’s MS4 status. Ms. Rayman’s project experience ranges from retail sites to residential developments to large-scale commercial developments across the country. Being responsible for projects from feasibility studies through grand openings provided Ms. Rayman with a wide range of experience, including environmental studies, compliance with government regulations, design standards, and construction documents and inspections. Ms. Rayman maintains a strong focus on stormwater management and incorporating green rather than gray solutions to both new and redeveloped areas
