A valued member of the EnviroScience team since 2016, Sheila Rayman, P.E., serves as Director of Compliance Services, where she performs stormwater management and plan preparation and helps clients reach and maintain compliance with regulating authorities. Sheila has spent over 20 years as a consultant engineer and project manager in stormwater compliance, infrastructure design, and land development. She has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Akron and is a registered engineer in the states of Ohio and Michigan.
Before coming to EnviroScience, Sheila was the Assistant City Engineer for the City of Stow. In this position, she focused on citywide stormwater improvements and meeting/maintaining compliance with the regulations of the city’s MS4 status. Her expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial development and environmental permitting provides experience-based assistance to both the private and public sectors.
Sheila’s wide range of experience includes environmental studies, compliance with government regulations, design standards, and construction documents and inspections. She maintains a strong focus on stormwater management and incorporating green rather than gray solutions to both new and redeveloped areas.
