EnviroScience is excited to have Bob Businger join our team as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer, as Dan Dunstan, former Executive Chairman, enjoys a well-deserved retirement. Mr. Businger will work on financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, and process improvements. He has spent the majority of his career as the senior financial leader with divisions of several large public companies. Mr. Businger has a BBA in Accounting from Cleveland State University and is a CPA (Inactive) in the State of Ohio.
Most recently, Mr. Businger was the Vice President of Finance and Administration for Panther Premium Logistics in Medina, OH. While in this position, he focused on improving the financial reporting process, budgeting/forecast process, and key performance indicators of the company.
Mr. Businger has spent most of his career working for subsidiaries of public companies. One of the most interesting projects he worked on was setting up a Russian branch location in Moscow for The Kirby Company (vacuum cleaners). The Russian market quickly became the second largest market behind the USA for Kirby vacuums.
