EnviroScience Ecologist & Bat Project Manager Luke FultzLuke Fultz, B.S., is an Ecologist & Bat Project Manager at EnviroScience, specializing in project management and Threatened and Endangered (T&E) species surveys, with a focus on bats and birds. Since joining EnviroScience in February 2024, Luke has played a key role in delivering high-quality environmental assessments, project reports, and permitting solutions that showcase our industry-leading expertise.

Luke holds a Federal Recovery Permit from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) for three federally protected bat species: the Indiana bat (Myotis sodalis), the northern long-eared bat (Myotis septentrionalis), and the gray bat (Myotis grisescens). This authorization allows him to conduct critical surveys and research to support conservation efforts and regulatory compliance for clients across various industries.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Ecology & Conservation from Juniata College, with a concentration in Environmental Science, Ecology, and Wildlife Biology. Prior to joining EnviroScience, Luke spent four years as an Ecologist and Project Manager at Apogee Environmental and Archaeological, Inc., where he managed biological monitoring, transportation planning, private land development assessments, natural resource extraction evaluations, and T&E species surveys.

Luke is passionate about advancing EnviroScience’s terrestrial ecology services and working alongside a team of renowned bat biologists to solve complex environmental challenges. His expertise supports state and federal agencies, private developers, and conservation initiatives.

Outside of work, Luke enjoys hiking, kayaking, and exploring the outdoors with his family.
