EnviroScience Restoration Project Manager Keli StambaughKeli M. Stambaugh, PMP, has been with EnviroScience, Inc. since 2023 and currently serves as Restoration Technical Project Manager.

Having recently returned to the Cleveland, Ohio, metropolitan area, Keli brings a wealth of experience from the Maryland and District of Columbia regions.

Her experience includes top-level project management and program development for environmental projects for numerous nonprofit and government clients, including project and team development with:

  • Corvias, The Clean Water Partnership, Prince George’s County, Maryland
  • DC Water Green Infrastructure, District of Columbia
  • Maryland State Highway Erosion and Sediment Control
  • Maryland Department of Environment
  • The Chesapeake Conservation Landscape Council

Keli’s project experience includes the construction and maintenance of multistage stormwater management systems and projects. These projects involve MS4 Best Management Practices (BMP) inspections, stream restorations, stream stabilizations, reforestation projects, invasive vegetation management, green roofs, and overall ecological rehabilitation.

Keli also has 25 years of success in coordination for all levels of stakeholder engagement, contract management, and multi-year mentorship development for stormwater construction and maintenance programs. The diverse nature of her work demands proficiency with issues related to stormwater management and restoration, sediment and erosion control, construction management, and team leadership.

Keli’s ability to quickly recognize and assess problems and then formulate and implement timely, cost-effective solutions makes her an integral part of the EnviroScience team.
