Karen Brown joins EnviroScience as a Finance Administrative Assistant, where she will activate quotes in BillQuick, run WIPs, and invoice customers. Before joining EnviroScience, Karen spent 19 years at Panther Expedite/Arcbest, where she gained experience working across several different departments. She began in Dispatch working as a Customer Service Representative, then to the Agent Networking Department as an Agent Recruiter. She then moved to the Contractor Relations Department, working closely with fleet drivers. She ended in the Finance Administration Department, where she handled several tasks, including rating completed shipments, billing, and scanning in Tripaks for Panther Expedite/Arcbest’s fleet.
