EnviroScience Senior Director of Organizational Development Jamie Willaman

Jamie Willaman is the Senior Director of Organizational Development for EnviroScience and is part of the senior leadership team. She has been with EnviroScience since 2004 and held many positions over the years.

Jamie’s current accountability includes employee development, recognition, and retention; recruiting and on-board training; internal procedures, processes, and information presentation; and management of the Ohio resources employee group.

In addition, Jamie is a senior member of the Natural Resources team specializing in the Federally Endangered Indiana Bat and Wetland/Stream delineation and permitting. As an endangered bat biologist, she has in-depth USFWS Section 7 consulting experience, knowledge of northeastern bats and their habitat, and years of field survey practice, including habitat tree identification, mist-net surveys, acoustic monitoring surveys, and radio telemetry.

As a wetland biologist, Jamie has over 20 years of experience delineating wetlands and performing consultation with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies regarding jurisdictional determinations, Clean Water Act 401, 404, and Nationwide permitting, mitigation planning, and monitoring.
