Haley Valdez, P.E., is a registered Professional Engineer in North Carolina and serves as a Water Resources Engineer on EnviroScience’s Restoration team. In her role, she supports the design, engineering, plan development, and construction coordination of restoration projects.
With more than nine years of consulting experience, Valdez specializes in stormwater management and hydrologic and hydraulic modeling. Since 2022, she has served as a project engineer on stormwater master planning, stormwater conveyance, and floodplain permitting projects. Her experience includes applying stormwater modeling to a variety of projects, including municipal conveyance solutions, dam breach analyses, stormwater detention, culvert analyses, and streambank stabilization.
