Bobby Joe Rhodes is a professional with a background in Biology and Environmental Science and experience in aquatic management, construction, and landscape management. He holds a B.S. in Biology where he concentrated his studies in Environmental Science from Lake Erie College. His expertise extends into the aquatic management industry with Aqua Doc where he led multiple crews in control and removal of multiple large cattail/phragmite operations and he conducted restoration projects giving clients access to their lakes and ponds. He managed one of the company’s largest maintenance routes, conducting applications for nuisance/harmful algal blooms and invasive plant species. He has shown great leadership by being a mentor while at Aqua Doc and as a landscape/hardscape foreman. Bobby Joe has shown excellent client management and interaction as he successfully conducted sales/consultations and excelled in client retention while running one of the company’s largest management routes. He demonstrates versatility in the construction field with his work in horizontal construction, vertical construction, and hardscape installations.
