Reiss Warren joined EnviroScience in 2016, and has years of environmental compliance, geology, natural resources, and permitting experience. He possesses a well-rounded background and has applied his skills in over 20 states for projects on private, state, and federally-owned land ranging from 1 to 2,500 acres.

As a Geologist and Wetland Scientist, Reiss assists in performing Phase I / Phase II site assessments, industrial compliance, well monitoring, wetland, and stream identification delineation, hydrologic determination, habitat quality evaluation, vegetation surveys, threatened and endangered species surveys, agency coordination, section 404/401 permitting, technical report writing, and project management.

Reiss has experience with regulatory agencies across the country and regularly coordinates with agencies on behalf of his clients. He is certified to perform hydrologic determinations in Tennessee and surveys for the state-endangered Streamside Salamander.
