Rachel Spadafore, M.S. is a Restoration Ecologist with 16 years of experience in the field of ecology, and 11 years of experience providing technical project management of large-scale stream and wetland restoration and mitigation projects. Her educational background is in environmental management with a focus on ecological restoration of streams, wetlands and coastal areas. Her experience includes management of tidal and freshwater wetland, stream, riparian forest, and upland habitat restoration projects. Her skills and responsibilities include stream and wetland assessment (topographic and bathymetric survey, QHEI, HHEI, ORAM, USACE WOTUS delineation), conceptual restoration design (GIS, AutoCAD), quantifying ecological uplift (SQT), environmental permitting (USACE, EPA, USFWS, ODNR, OHPO), restoration construction oversight and technical reporting. Rachel is also a member of the ES business development team where she works to expand our restoration work in the Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia regions.
