Rachel Lumpcik is a restoration ecologist and project manager for our Ecological Restoration Services Practice Area who manages and implements stream and wetland restoration projects and assists clients with USACE and OEPA permitting. She holds a B.A. in Geology: Environmental Science from The University of Akron (2014) and is currently working toward a Master of Natural Resource Science in Ecological Restoration through Colorado State University.
Rachel has been working in the field of soil and water conservation since 2016. She started working as a Restoration Project Manager for EnviroScience in 2022 and is responsible for stream and wetland assessment, restoration design and oversight, mitigation design, and environmental permitting. Prior to EnviroScience, she worked for the Natural Resources Conservation Service designing and implementing conservation practices. Rachel has worked extensively with state, local, and federal regulatory agencies to ensure all applicable requirements and regulations are followed and the job always gets done as swiftly, economically, and accurately as possible. She has worked in Southeast, Northeast, and Northwest Ohio.
