EnviroScience, Inc. (ES), an ADCI member company, has an opening for a Dive Supervisor / Dive Superintendent in Stow, Ohio (near Akron). Since 1989, ES has provided specialized environmental and diving services to a broad range of clients. Our Diving Division works on a variety of projects throughout the eastern U.S., from all types of inland construction and inspection jobs to scientific surveys. Job Description: The Dive Supervisor is responsible for project management (including preparation of dive plans and oversight of dive operations), marketing and development of new diving business, and recruiting / hiring of divers. This position is full-time and requires overnight travel for extended periods of time. Strong management, computer, writing, and marketing abilities are necessary, along with a minimum of 5 years related work experience, current dive certifications, and a valid driver’s license. ADCI air dive supervisor card is preferred, or eligibility for the card is required. EnviroScience, Inc. is a growing environmental consulting firm in northeast Ohio. We are currently seeking one or more full time, permanent, senior level wetland / terrestrial biologists. Candidates must have a minimum of a B.S. (M.S. preferred) in wetland ecology, natural resources, biology, environmental sciences, or a related discipline and at least 5 years of experience in wetland delineation, functional assessment, wetland ecology, permitting, mitigation design, and monitoring. Candidate must be capable of completing delineations and field assessments, creating mapping based on fieldwork, writing technical reports, and coordinating with state and federal agencies. Also must be familiar with Midwest plants and GPS software. Familiarity with Ohio wetland regulations, evaluation methods (ORAM) and permits, as well as AutoCAD experience a plus. Ideal candidate will have a proven track record of contacting and attracting new clients and will have secondary skills in one or more related fields, including but not limited to herpetology, ornithology, aquatic ecology or wildlife biology. We are seeking one or more ACDE-certified diver/tenders to assist the dive supervisor and staff biologists in surface-supplied air (hardhat) diving throughout the eastern U.S. Duties include diving on commercial projects as well as on various biological survey dives. This position will be based out of EnviroScience's Diving Division in Stow, Ohio (near Akron). Since projects are assigned on a call-out basis, candidates who live in the region and can report to the EnviroScience office and/or job sites on short notice will be considered. Overnight travel is required. The starting rate is $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications: This is an entry-level position. ACDE certification is required. EnviroScience is an EOE / drug free workplace. Subject to background, medical, and drug screening.
